DetailsWalker Corporation advised Blacktown Council that it will take possession of the site of the Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre (former Christ Church Anglican building) in late January 2026 to begin the planned staged development of Blacktown Quarter. The final scheduled program is Sydney Festival 2026 Blacktown Garage Party on 15-16 January 2026.
