DetailsOn 10 December, Blacktown City Council receives Australian Government funding of $2.376 million to develop a precinct plan to upgrade Boomerang Place [Seven Hills Town Centre], plan a new public plaza next to the new Seven Hills Community Hub & Library and improve walking and cycling connections to the train station. The funding is provided under the $150 million urban Precincts and Partnerships Program (uPPP).
