The Sydney Business Park, a 256 hectare employment estate, is located on Richmond Road, Marsden Park. Construction of the park commenced in 2014. Bunnings, the first major store in the business park was opened by former Australian cricketer Brett Lee on 19 January 2015. Ikea opened on 27 May 2015, closely followed by Masters Hardware store on 6 June the same year. In 2017, Costco opened on 30 August.
